- Hạt sen bỏ tâm 50 g
- Táo đỏ bỏ hạt 30 g
- Nấm hương 12,5 g
- Kỷ tử 7,5 g
Hương vị và gợi ý món ăn
Vị bùi của hạt sen, vị ngọt dịu của táo đỏ, hương thơm của nấm. Thích hợp để chế biến món hầm tại nhà; không phải thuốc điều trị bệnh.
Cách chế biến / Preparation
Dùng với 500–600 g thịt gà và 1,25–1,5 lít nước. Ngâm hạt sen và nấm cho mềm; rửa sạch. Hầm thịt gà cùng hạt sen, táo đỏ và nấm đến chín kỹ; thêm kỷ tử trong 10–15 phút cuối. Nêm gia vị theo khẩu vị.
Bảo quản / Storage
Để nơi khô ráo, thoáng mát, tránh ánh nắng trực tiếp và độ ẩm. Đóng kín sau khi mở. Nấu chín kỹ trước khi ăn. Không dùng nếu dị ứng với thành phần.
Sản phẩm không chứa chất bảo quản. Nếu có dấu hiệu hư hỏng, xin liên hệ cửa hàng; không tự ý sử dụng sản phẩm có dấu hiệu hư hỏng.

Product & Preparation Guide (English)
Net weight: 100 g (3.53 oz) per dry ingredient pouch. Ingredients: Dried lotus seeds (50 g), pitted red dates (30 g), shiitake mushrooms (12.5 g), goji berries (7.5 g).
Cooking suggestion: Soak lotus seeds and mushrooms as directed; simmer with 500–600 g of chicken and 1.25–1.5 L water until thoroughly cooked. Add goji berries near the end. Season to taste. Meat, other fresh ingredients and seasonings are not included in the pouch.
Storage: Keep sealed in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture. Do not eat ingredients showing signs of spoilage. This is a culinary ingredient mix, not a medicine.
