Flavor and Culinary Suggestions
The aromas of cinnamon, star anise, ginger, mushrooms, and carrots create a rich beef stew. Suitable for home cooking; not a medicine.
Preparation
Use with approximately 1 kg of beef. Soak the mushrooms until soft; place the cinnamon, star anise, tangerine peel, and pepper in a food-safe infuser. Simmer the beef with the ingredients and enough water until tender; remove the spice infuser before serving.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Close tightly after opening. Cook thoroughly before eating. Do not use if you are allergic to any ingredients.

Net weight: 100 g (3.53 oz) per dry ingredient pouch. Ingredients: Dried carrots (60 g), shiitake mushrooms (30 g), ginger (4 g), dried edible tangerine peel (2 g), cinnamon (2 g), star anise (1.5 g), black pepper (0.5 g).
Cooking suggestion: Use with approximately 1 kg beef; rehydrate mushrooms and simmer all ingredients until the meat is tender. Place strong whole spices in a food-safe infuser and remove before serving. Season to taste. Meat, other fresh ingredients and seasonings are not included in the pouch.
