Flavor and Culinary Suggestions
The nutty lotus seeds, mildly sweet red dates, and mushrooms add a delicate flavor to the pork hock. Suitable for preparing stew at home; not a medicine.
Preparation
Use with 500–600 g pork hock and 1.25–1.5 L water. Soak the lotus seeds, red dates, mushrooms, and wood ear mushrooms separately, rinse, and stew with the pork hock until fully cooked; season to taste.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Close tightly after opening. Cook thoroughly before eating. Do not use if allergic to any ingredients.
