Flavor and Culinary Suggestions
The nutty flavor of lotus seeds, the mild sweetness of red dates, and the aroma of mushrooms. Suitable for preparing stew at home; not a medicine.
Preparation
Use with 500–600 g of chicken and 1.25–1.5 liters of water. Soak the lotus seeds and mushrooms until soft; rinse clean. Stew the chicken with the lotus seeds, red dates, and mushrooms until thoroughly cooked; add the goji berries during the last 10–15 minutes. Season to taste.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Close tightly after opening. Cook thoroughly before eating. Do not use if allergic to any ingredients.
